Mike Nickerson, better known as DJ Mike, is a producer and DJ with a really unique background.
He’s been making a name for himself in and around the NYC scene, performing at some of the best local clubs, as well as hitting the decks at numerous parties and private events.

DJ Mike has been performing ever since 2007, and he never stopped setting the bar higher with excellent set lists and dynamic shows. Throughout the years, he hosted numerous residencies, hit some of the hottest underground raves, as well as co-headlining a big AfroPunk / BXUG show at the famed Webster Hall (2009). Currently, he has been working on a new EP, which will be released in mid 2018.
The sound of Mike’s productions is characterized by a lush, bright, yet warm sound, with plenty of low end and a really powerful feel that sounds punchy and pristine, appealing to even the most discerning purveyors of club music.
In 2016 Mike started “Sounds & Sirens” which also includes a production studio, and works with other artists, offering production, management and live booking services. With Mike’s career scope expanding quickly, he is continually widening his network and aspiring to larger festival circuit and club rotations alike.
Among many recent career highlights, DJ Mike co-hosted Ashes’ Triple Face Summefest, and collaborated with a wide range of local talents, including BeatBoi and Danny Tragic, only to mention a few.
With so many exciting projects in the pipeline and a driven, ambitious attitude, DJ Mike is certainly going to make the most out of 2018!
